What is the Chattanooga Parking Network?

The Chattanooga Parking Network is a group of participating parking lots and garages across the city that have agreed to follow fair, consistent rules designed to protect you. Under Chattanooga's new parking ordinance, every lot and garage in the Network caps what they can charge, posts clear signage, and is held to the same standards for licensing and customer service — so you always know what to expect before you park.

Fines collected through the program help fund the city's free electric shuttle, keeping downtown moving for everyone.

Every Network lot posts visible signs at entrances and exits with pricing, rules, and a 24/7 support number.

If something goes wrong, tickets are capped at the daily rate plus $25, and late fees can't exceed $20.

Help is always a phone call away if you have a question or an issue.

Network lots can't charge more than $3.00 an hour or $18.00 a day — no more paying for a full day when you only needed an hour.

Every operator in the Network is licensed by the Chattanooga Parking Authority and bonded for $250,000, so you're protected.
